Does CitiKitty really work for toilet training a cat?

I am getting a 2 yr. old cat soon and stumbled across the citykitty website. I think it would be totally awesome to have a toilet trained cat because I HATE the smell of a litter box and it would be nice to not have to spend the money on litter too. Can someone give me Cat Training tips?

I have a cat, Tigger, who likes to attack my little sister who's almost 2. I need to train him not too claw/bite her in a short space of time. Any tips? I know that cats hate citrus, and I don't want him declawed.

Cat Training?

I have an 8 month old pure bred Bangle cat. The problem is she will not stop peeing on one spot on the dinning room rug. I have tried every punishment I have read about and it does no good. Any suggestions on how to get her to stop short of KILLING her. I am ready to glue her business end shut.
HELP!!
I have also tried a new rug in the dinning room and she still goes to the same spot. It is beginning to ruin the hardwood floor under the rug.
