cosmetic dentistry?

Hello, i need help or referral on who i need to contact for cosmetic purposes. i have a gummy smile, its not necessarily my gums (although a trim wouldnt hurt) its more my upper lip and or the way my mouth is kinda flat. WHO would you recommend? i have no idea
